
Hello, I’m Bernadette, and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2006. I help people recover from injuries, improve their posture and flexibility, tone and strengthen their bodies, and work on their breathing patterns. Here in Verbier, there is the added benefit of exercising at 1,500 meters.
I discovered Pilates when recovering from a skiing injury and liked the benefits so much I trained as an instructor. Making exercise fun is part of what I do, while helping as many people as I can to enjoy the benefits of a strong core, better posture and flexible body.
